Bella Bebe products are customized for each of our beautiful customers and are therefore not returnable. Each order is made with love and care, we take pride in our work and have no doubt that you will absolutely love your order!

 

All items are properly packaged to ensure that there is no damage during shipment. If you are unsatisfied with your order and we are not able to come to a solution that satisfies both of us, your refund will be granted after the order is returned to us with confirmation that the all the original parts are accounted for. Once this has been confirmed, you will be refunded 20% of the total for your purchase after any discounts I may have given.

All payments are made through PayPal. Items are made to order, therefore your color preference, character choice or theme will be noted and confirmed via email promptly after payment is received.

 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be completed. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Let us know if you need your item by a specific date.
